OUR PROCESS
You fill out the brief questionnaire to help us understand your needs, desires, and budget.
Once you submit the form, one of us will follow up with a 15-30 minute phone call to get to know you better! (Our goal is to call within 24 hours of receiving your questionnaire.)
Using our understanding of your unique situation and personality, we will make a recommendation of a local real estate agent, and local lender if needed / desired. (It's best to go into the home buying process with an understanding of your budget and a prequalification letter.)
We will introduce you to the agent, and share your information so they better understand your individual needs.
At that point, we will check in periodically to see how things are going.
Once the transaction closes, we will receive a small portion of the commission. That means that there is no additional cost to you for this service! We provide value to you by introducing our local connections, and value to the agent by introducing them to a qualified buyer/seller (you!).
NOTE: There will be some standard paperwork along the way just to make sure everything is legal and binding, but nothing scary or out of the ordinary. We will explain on the phone call.
